The Harp Legacy Project website was made possible by the technical expertise and creativity of designer Elizabeth Allen. She generously contributed her time and skills as webmaster from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Elizabeth constructed Dr. Blankenship's teaching website: shirleymeyerblankenship.com , a vehicle for providing online music lessons via Skype.

As of July 2014, Jacob Barton assumed the website responsibilities for the HLP site including the creation of an extensive additional format for Shirley's Prodigious Legacy 70+. Her legacy encompasses over 70 years of recordings, pictures, films, and programs.

Shirley's recordings date back to 1953 and are primarily from live performances. During the 1980's, Mark Rubel, from Pogo Studios in Champaign, Illinois, transferred the early reel to reel data onto more accessible cassettes. Many years later, all of the recordings were digitized. Due to their age, inconsistencies in recording expertise and equipment used, and the effects of the transformations from reel to reel to cassettes and ultimately to digital formulation, the recordings required the services of an audio technician before presenting them publicly. Over the past year, audio engineer Paul Weston utilized his considerable expertise to upgrade the quality of the recordings. The results of his work are extraordinary. In addition and as necessitated by the online Indiegogo Fundraising Project - designed to secure funds for the preservation of Shirley's legacy - Paul also exhibited his mastery in creating CD covers and booklets and in film editing. For the past year, 2013 to 2014, Paul spent countless hours on behalf of Shirley's legacy.

As a notational expert, composer Michael Miller has been at the helm of Shirley's compositional legacy. He skillfully engraved Dr. Blankenship's scores into Finale including: Terse Trio for violin, viola and cello, Duo for Violin and Cello, Visions and Revisions for 22 players, Chansons Innocentes for soprano and ensemble, Peace for Guidosan and Metaphysical Waltz for harp alone, Fantasy I and Fantasy II for harp and viola, Three Trios: Be Careful, Sagileo, and The Squirrel for violin, clarinet, piano and percussion and all of the lead sheets in the collection entitled Synerjazz by jazz saxophonist and composer, Guido Sinclair, Shirley's husband. With ingenuity, Michael addressed the unique notational issues of Shirley's harp works.

Preceding Michael Miller was composer and outstanding engraver Mark Zanter who significantly contributed to the preservation of the music of Guido Sinclair. He was the initial copyist for Synerjazz, the 3 trios based on Guido's music (Be Careful, Sagileo and The Squirrel), and also the harp solo, Metaphysical Waltz, dedicated to Guido. These works were preserved on floppy discs and then later converted to digital formulations by Michael Miller. After Guido's death in 1992, Mark was the guitarist in The Guido Connection created to promulgate Guido's music.

The generous donations received, via the online Indiegogo Fundraising platform, facilitated the upgrading of Shirley's works. The funds from this source have thereby significantly contributed to the preservation of her legacy and the results are now being presented in Shirley's Prodigious Legacy 70+.
